Practice Dates:

Weight Training:  November 13, 2007 thru April 24, 2008  (No weights over Spring Break.) 
                              Monday, Wednesday, Friday


In The Pool:          January 9th thru February 8th
                              Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Practice Times:
January / February, 2008

Weight Training:     7:00am  -  8:00am

In The Pool:             All Athletes:  3:15 - 5:45pm
                                  * * 6th - 8th grade athletes:  Just get to the pool as soon as you can.  No worries if you are late!

Tournaments:           All at Jesuit.  All athletes registered for the winter session encouraged to participate.

Registration Fee:

$175 per athlete:  Checks payable to Sacramento Water Polo.
All athletes must be registered with USA Water Polo.
